Est-il possible de les consid\u00e9rer comme des solutions aux probl\u00e9matiques de d\u00e9graissage ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions, il est n\u00e9cessaire de comprendre par quelles r\u00e9actions physico-chimiques des pollutions de surface peuvent-elles \u00eatre retir\u00e9es. Pour atteindre cet objectif, il est n\u00e9cessaire que les deux conditions suivantes soient r\u00e9unies :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 D\u2019une part, les mol\u00e9cules de contamination et les mol\u00e9cules de gaz issus du plasma doivent r\u00e9agir ensemble.<br \/>\u2022 D\u2019autres part, les produits de r\u00e9action doivent \u00eatre suffisamment volatils pour \u00eatre \u00e9liminer par le renouvellement de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re au-dessus de la surface trait\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 globale de ce processus est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par des facteurs comme la temp\u00e9rature, de la pr\u00e9sence de rayonnement UV ou de bombardement ionique.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>technologies plasma<\/strong> de type &lsquo;post-d\u00e9charge&rsquo;, pour lesquelles le lieu de cr\u00e9ation du plasma diff\u00e8re de la zone d\u2019utilisation, sont potentiellement mieux adapt\u00e9es au traitement de produits de forme. Les outils les plus performants pour cela sont tr\u00e8s couteux (analyse de surface XPS par exemple) et incompatibles avec les cadences de production. Il existe des m\u00e9thodes les plus simples mais elles peuvent conduire \u00e0 une mauvaise \u00e9valuation du r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilisation d\u2019encres de test pour qualifier un nettoyage de surface doit faire l\u2019objet de beaucoup d\u2019attention. La contamination initiale, en g\u00e9n\u00e9rale hydrophobe, pourrait n\u2019\u00eatre qu\u2019en partie retir\u00e9e par le traitement plasma. Elles contiennent parfois des substances min\u00e9rales. Il est aussi possible de rencontrer des produits \u00e9vanescents et hydrosolubles, particuli\u00e8rement sur les produits en aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Les quantit\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s variables d\u2019une situation \u00e0 une autre, de quelques mg\/m2 \u00e0 plusieurs centaines de mg\/m2. Sur certaine production, la quantit\u00e9 peut aussi fortement varier d\u2019un produit \u00e0 l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\u00a0\u00bb3_4,1_4&Prime; _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.9.7&Prime; border_color_bottom=\u00a0\u00bb#2f68a3&Prime;][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb3_4&Prime; _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb3.25&Prime; custom_padding=\u00a0\u00bb|||\u00a0\u00bb custom_padding__hover=\u00a0\u00bb|||\u00a0\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.9.7&Prime; hover_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p>Exp\u00e9rimentalement, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 que l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du traitement plasma d\u00e9cro\u00eet fortement avec l\u2019allongement des cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires des polluants et la quantit\u00e9 \u00e0 retirer.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les contaminations sont pr\u00e9sentes sous forme de cha\u00eene longue ou en forte quantit\u00e9, des r\u00e9actions chimiques de transformations des polluants (cross-linking, polym\u00e9risation\u2026) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es sous l\u2019action traitement plasma, diminuant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du nettoyage.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, en pr\u00e9sence de pollution min\u00e9rale (traces de doigt, st\u00e9arates\u2026) les r\u00e9sultats de nettoyage de surface ne sont pas probants<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une faible quantit\u00e9 de contamination \u00e0 cha\u00eene courte, il est possible d\u2019obtenir un effet tr\u00e8s probant de nettoyage.
