AcXys Technologies was present at the PCI Days in Warsaw, Poland with MSA System, from 8th to 9th September 2021.

Take a look to our equipment and ask your questions to AcXys

AcXys Technologies celebrated their continuing presence in the Polish Atmospheric Plasma market by joining  MSA System on their stand at the recent PCI Days trade fair in Warsaw. The PCI Days Trade Fair is seen as a platform to present new technologies and establish new business contacts with cosmetic and drug producers.

Specializing in nano-technology applications for physics, surface engineering and biotechnology MSA System is a young, dynamically developing company who see AcXys Technologies’ equipment as a perfect addition to their portfolio of high quality, precision analysis and measuring devices. By combining strengths AcXys Technologies and MSA System can fulfil customers’ atmospheric plasma requirements for all industrial sectors throughout Poland and beyond.

Visitors were keen to see the ULS range of atmospheric plasma equipment in operation and were impressed by the compact size and high power output of the equipment ”, said Technical Sales Manager Nigel Bailey. “It was encouraging to see so many visitors from all industrial sectors coming specially to see our equipment, despite Covid restrictions”.

This was thanks to the preparatory work conducted by Lukasz Zarodkiewicz, General Manager of MSA System and his team who will continue this dynamic start with a series of seminars and product presentations during the coming weeks.  Such was the interest shown in the ULS range that on-site customer trials for surface activation have already been conducted with more scheduled.

The cost advantages, flexibility of ULS equipment and ease of integration into existing operations and high-speed production lines proved to be the major talking points among visitors to the stand, with many discussions focussed on how ULS would be  beneficial to each operation.  “Visitors understood the importance of the relationship between surface wettability and the quality of their finished  product and are looking for ways to integrate this step into their process lines thereby reducing chemical use and operator exposure to hazardous products”, Nigel continued, adding “The reduction of the ecological impact of manufacturing processes is a major deciding factor when choosing AcXys Technologies’ ULS range of atmospheric plasma equipment”.
