AcXys and PlasmaBound have been exhibiting at the CAMX trade show since 2023, and our two companies will once again be there for the 2026 edition in Atlanta from September 21 to 24, 2026, to showcase our CPA technology for composite materials.
PlasmaBound has developed a patented technology – CPA (Controlled Polymer Ablation) – to lighten materials used in industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics … through its novel composite bonding preparation process. The process greatly improves the reliability of composite bonding, allowing the generalization of its use and consequently a considerable reduction of the amount of raw materials required for sustainable product manufacturing in numerous industry sectors. In addition, this process is also effective on recycled composites.
This technology is industrialized with AcXys Technologies’ plasma equipment, allowing a high-speed and fully automated process.
